    A lil Equip to get started.

    Every year I TRY to kick off my committment to reading my Bible daily. But I fail, retry, fail, retry. Full transparency ,...some days I am so excited to dive in. Some days I yawn through my pages with no absorption. some days I just get so distracted by the clouds of life waiting for my attention. I seem to always forget what I read. But yet some days, I feel His presences and find myself moved, and sometimes weepy at His goodness.

    Regardless of my failure to show up faithfully ... He never fails to show up.

    Through his presences and the gift of His holy word is one of the biggest gifts to me, my life, and my relationship with Jesus. So let me continue to try....

    I invite you to join me / us. I promise this is a different way! We use the Bible Recap program and there is a short podcast commentary daily to help you apply it to your daily life.

    Each day you’ll follow the assigned reading (see plans on link below), then do the The Bible Recap after you've finished reading (see links on official page). NOTE: Please do not buy a print Chronological Bible; it will likely be laid out differently than our reading plan.

    SMILE AND REPEAT: GOODNESS GALORE SIDE NOTE:::

    Do you need some specific steps and directions on where to start in taking back your focus, energy, deeper sleep, healthy gut... ?

    Here are my recommendations...

    1. Rise with the SunRise - Take in the natural sun rays for the 1st 10 minutes of light. Helps to reset your circadium rhthym
    2. Drink 1 gallon of purified water daily.

    6. Drink 8 ounces of bone broth daily. ​
    7. Stride for 10,000 steps per day, Walk for 10-30 minutes after dinner.
    8. Work on quick interval elevation of your heart rate back to resting. Go on Repeat up to 10x per day. Session no longer than 20 minutes. Sprint, Bike, Rebound, Jumping Jacks
    9. Stop eating as the sun goes down... Resume food intake approximatley 11 am.ish
    10. Bed appromimately 3 hours after SunSet.
